The ideal candidate must be strong in visual design, video editing, and sound syncing to create high-engagement content for Instagram-style audiences. ResponsibilitiesCreate competition posters, banners, thumbnails & app creativesProduce reels, shorts, promos with high-quality editingHandle sound mixing & music sync for videosBuild content for campaigns, creator collaborations & sponsorshipsDeliver quick-turnaround content and designs for weekly needsMaintain a youth-first, modern visual identity Support Marketing/CRM teams with content + design assetsStay updated with the latest trends, sounds & editing stylesSkills RequiredStrong design skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CanvaGif creating skills Ability to create reels, shorts, promos & competition creativesStrong visual sense for youth, pop culture, trends, and creator contentAbility to deliver quick-turnaround creativesGood communication & ability to work with marketing/CRM teamsPortfolio is mandatory (links to Behance, Drive, Instagram, etc.)Content CreationCreating reels, short videos, UGC-style contentStrong sense of sound mixing, beat matching, transitionsAbility to convert raw clips into viral, Insta-style editsUnderstanding of youth trends, influencers, pop cultureDesignPosters, banners, thumbnails, and competition creativesStrong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, FigmaVisual storytelling & brand identity consistencyFast adaptation to trends and new stylesAdditionalExperience: 2-4 years
