Learn more www.Brillio.com.Please find the below JDWork Model: Hybrid (3 days office)Experience: 15 - 20 YearsLocation: BangaloreAbout the Role:We are looking for a Principal Architect – DevOps, DevSecOps & SRE to lead the design and evolution of next-generation engineering frameworks and platform capabilities that enable scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery across the enterprise.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevSecOps automation—driving architecture excellence, defining reusable frameworks, and shaping enterprise-wide engineering standards.Key Responsibilities:Architecture & Platform Engineering- Architect and evolve core DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps platforms delivering CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation as shared enterprise services. - Define and standardize infrastructure provisioning, release orchestration, monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization frameworks. - Develop reusable SDKs and internal developer tools to drive faster adoption and scalability. - Ensure platform scalability, multi-cloud compatibility (AWS, Azure, GCP), and adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards.DevOps & DevSecOps Strategy- Establish enterprise-wide CI/CD blueprints and governance models for secure, consistent delivery. - Embed GitOps, Policy-as-Code, and Security-as-Code principles into automation pipelines. - Integrate DevSecOps tools for vulnerability scanning and compliance (e.g., Vault, Trivy, OPA). - Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance delivery speed and security.Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)- Define and drive SRE principles—SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets—across delivery ecosystems. - Champion automation for self-healing, proactive monitoring, and chaos testing. - Design observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, or Dynatrace.Solutioning & Pre-Sales- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs/RFIs—owning architecture blueprints, effort estimates, and value propositions. - Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to craft modern DevOps/SRE/Platform solutions. - Build POCs and demos showcasing automation, modernization, and AIOps capabilities. - Represent the practice in client discussions and architecture reviews.Leadership & Collaboration- Mentor DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams across business units. - Partner with Product, Security, and Cloud CoEs to align on technology strategy and governance. - Contribute to the Engineering Excellence roadmap and define reusable design patterns for scalable delivery.Key Skills & Competencies:Technical Expertise- Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and modern CI/CD frameworks (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI). - Familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as Vault, Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube, and Checkov. - Strong scripting and automation skills (Python / Go / Bash). - Understanding of AIOps and ML-driven operations.Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement- Proven track record in RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations. - Strong experience building POCs, demos, and accelerators. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels, including CXOs.Leadership Attributes- Customer Advocacy – Align technology outcomes with business priorities. - Owner’s Mindset – Act in the best interest of customers and the organization. - Innovation Ethos – Challenge the status quo and experiment boldly. - Execution Excellence – Deliver high-quality outcomes at speed. - Big-Picture Thinking – Link long-term vision to near-term execution. - Winning Through Teams – Foster collaboration and collective success.Qualifications & Experience- Experience: 15–20 years in IT Services with strong architecture experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.Expertise:- Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Integration) - Cloud transformation & modernization programs - Microservices, APIs, event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Observability, chaos engineering, performance optimization - Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) – preferred
