JOB DETAILS 1 Act as principal/lead architect on multi-technology solutions, analyse customer needs, develop proposals, create technical designs and other necessary documentation. 2 Provide project management guidance and ownership of overall delivery of key projects. 3 Define and manage architectural approach and standards across a team of 4-5 architects and consultants. 4 Act as Head of Pre-Sales, managing and developing our approach to creating brilliant end to end infrastructure solutions across public and private sectors. 5 Act as principal/lead architect on multi-technology solutions, analyse customer needs, develop proposals, create technical designs and other necessary documentation. 6 Provide project management guidance and ownership of overall delivery of key projects. 7 Line manage a team of Solution Architects and ensure they have sufficient knowledge, skills and resources to deliver business objectives. Implement tools and processes to maximise efficiency of the Solutions team. Ensure that the Solution team logs all activity on internal systems. 8 Define targets and SMART objectives for Solutions Architects and ensure they have clear priorities. 9 Monitor and report on KPIs. 10 Support the development of the Solutions Architects team by coaching, mentoring, best practice sharing and providing stretch opportunities.
