Job Title:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Technical Lead

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technology.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced OIC HCM Technical Lead to provide domain and technology leadership to a team of technical consultants and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technology
  • Lead and manage the technical team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring other team members
  • Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations for system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) technology within the Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Experience in leading software development teams.
  • At least 3 Implementation experiences in OIC and PaaS in the Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Expertise in OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL, Rest APIs, and PLSQL.
  •  Working experience in Agile methodology is highly desired.
  • Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, preparing Technical design, and working with the Functional team in implementing and testing. Should understand the basic functional knowledge of Core HR modules.
  • Must have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication and problem resolution skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certification in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Professional.
  • Global HCM Implementation Experience, i.e., beyond U.S and Canada

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 12 plus years of relevant experience in systems integrations, solutions, and architecture assessment
  • Experience in supporting business and digital technology transformations
