Description : About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS / Cloud Finance Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financial applications, with a blend of technical and functional capabilities.Initially, this will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role, with the opportunity to transition into a Team Lead position after 56 months based on performance.Key Responsibilities : - Provide end-to-end support for Oracle EBS (R12) or Oracle Cloud Financial modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.- Analyze business requirements and design effective functional and technical solutions.- Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).- Support integration, data migration, and automation initiatives.- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations.- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user guides.Requirements : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.- 5- 10 years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud Applications.- Strong expertise in Oracle Financial Modules and good understanding of financial processes.- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL, BI Publisher, and related Oracle tools.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.- Preference for candidates with a stable career track record (no job hoppers).Interview Details : - Interview Schedule : Between 8 :00 PM - 10 :00 PM (Panel available only during this time).- Candidates should be informed and available during this time slot.- Joining Timeline : Candidates who can join by first week of September preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
