Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules and strong understanding of the underlying database and table structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, enhancements, and implementations across Oracle OTC, STC, STP, PM, and FICO modules, and must be proficient in technical development and functional configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand Oracle EBS database structures, relationships, and dependencies at the table and schema level.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, views, and triggers to support customizations and reporting needs.
  • Perform performance tuning on SQL queries and procedures.
  • Added advantage if have hands on or experience in Snowflake

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for one or more Oracle EBS modules with master and transactional data from OTC, STC, STP, PM, and FICO.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Perform functional testing (UAT, SIT) and assist users with test case preparation and issue resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on end-to-end Oracle ERP projects (implementation, rollout, or support).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues across modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS (Current R12.x).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP tables (e.g., PO_HEADERS_ALL, AP_INVOICES_ALL, GL_JE_HEADERS, etc.)
  • Experience in one or more functional domains: Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, Manufacturing.
  • Exposure to data conversion, interface development, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Data Migration experience from Oracle EBS to SAP ECC is plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous.
