Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, applications, and an ability to recruit top-tier Oracle professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Oracle talent for a variety of roles, helping our company or clients build strong teams with the best Oracle expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source qualified Oracle professionals through various channels, including job boards, , social media, and industry events.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Create clear and compelling job descriptions for Oracle-related positions (Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle DBA, Oracle ERP, etc.) and post them across relevant platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen and interview candidates to assess their Oracle skills, experience, and fit for specific job roles.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand specific Oracle role requirements, hiring needs, and project timelines.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized database of Oracle candidates, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and status updates.
  • Market Research & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about trends in the Oracle job market, including emerging technologies (Oracle Cloud, Oracle HCM, etc.) and recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Handle candidate offers and negotiate salaries and benefits to ensure both company and candidate satisfaction.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new Oracle hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruiting Oracle professionals or in a similar IT recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies, applications, and tools (Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP, Oracle DBA, etc.).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle certification tracks and relevant technical qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international Oracle recruitment, particularly in Oracle Cloud or Oracle ERP roles.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and functional Oracle roles (e.g., Oracle Developers, Consultants, DBAs).
  • Familiarity with staffing agencies or third-party recruitment organizations specializing in Oracle talent.
