Job Title: IT Head

Location: Bangalore, KA, India

Experience:

- 10+ years in Retail, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Magento, with Cloud and Network expertise.

Job are seeking an experienced IT Head with a strong background in Retail, possessing over 10 years of hands-on experience.

- The ideal candidate should be proficient in Magento and Dynamics 365, with a solid understanding of Cloud technologies and Network Leadership and Strategy :

- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

2. Retail Systems Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of retail systems.

3. Cloud Technology :

- Design and implement Cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.

- Stay updated on emerging Cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.

4. Network Management :

- Manage and optimize the organization's Network infrastructure.

- Ensure a secure and reliable Network environment that supports business operations.

5. Vendor Management :

- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select IT solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met.

6. Security and Compliance :

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

7. Project Management :

- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

8. Team Development :

- Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff to foster a high-performance culture.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development.

9. Budget Management :

- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT roles within the Retail industry.

- Proven experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Strong background in Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Network Management.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
