Description : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience, particularly in real estate domain projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement in the real estate sector.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules to support real estate business processes.- Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms such as property management systems, marketing tools, and ERP solutions.- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure data integrity across real estate listings, leads, and customer interactions.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.- Proven experience working on real estate industry projects (e.g., property listings, lead management, client onboarding).- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.- Knowledge of real estate workflows such as property lifecycle, CRM for brokers/agents, and client engagement.
