You're a trusted advisor, a mentor, and a partner in growth.What You’ll Do – Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Tax Associate, you'll play a critical role in serving our Nonprofit & Business Tax clients. You’ll work with a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and insight — and you'll be empowered to make a real impact.-Build strong client relationships while delivering smart tax planning, consulting, and compliance support -Review Form 990, 990-PF, 990-EZ for foundations, public charities, and other nonprofits -Manage complex tax projects with multiple stakeholders — from data analysis to reporting -Conduct in-depth research and analysis on a variety of tax issues -Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and support their professional development -Serve as an internal expert on nonprofit accounting and tax best practices -Review tax workpapers and reports with a critical eye, ensuring compliance and clarity✅ What You Bring to the Table- A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com required) - M.Com / MBA is a plus - 3–7 years of relevant tax experience, especially in nonprofit filings - Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a bonus - Strong understanding of: - ✅ Form 990, 990-PF - ⚙️ Intermediate knowledge of Forms 1065 & 1120S - Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills - A passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharingWhy Join Sax?- Work with top-tier professionals in both India and the U.S. - Get exposure to international clients and complex tax structures - Be part of a growth-oriented, supportive, and dynamic team - Build a career that matters — not just a jobAt Sax India LLP, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We believe diverse teams drive better decisions and stronger outcomes.Ready to grow your career with Sax?Apply now and become a key part of something bigger.
