This role demands strategic outreach, effective counselling, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful admissions.Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Engagement:- Plan and execute school outreach initiatives across Hyderabad- Represent Apollo Healthcare Academy at education fairs, career expos, and promotional eventsStudent Counselling & Lead Conversion:- Manage incoming student inquiries and provide accurate program guidance- Conduct counselling sessions to convert leads into confirmed admissions Maintain a robust lead tracking and follow-up system Stakeholder Coordination:- Liaise with education agents and ensure timely communication and updates- Coordinate with partner university teams for smooth admission processing and onboarding Admissions Strategy & Execution:- Own the end-to-end admissions funnel for Allied Health programs- Monitor performance metrics and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies- Prepare periodic reports on outreach effectiveness and admission trendsQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration, or related field- Progressive experience in student admissions, counselling, or education outreach- Prior experience in healthcare or allied health education preferred- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS OfficeKey Competencies:- Strategic thinking and execution- Relationship building and stakeholder engagement- Target-driven and result-oriented- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams (ref:iimjobs.com)
