Job Description

Program Management - Intern


Qualification

MBA fresher with Specialization in Project Management or Operations with bachelors in Engineering from Mechanical, EEE,ECE or any core branch.


Role Description

Intern Project Management has a primary responsibility to manage and supervise, technical, and financial aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate to ensure project requirements, standards, and documentation are followed.
  • Coordinate with PM team to ensure projects are in scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables.
  • Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as agreed by all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reporting on the project status and healthIdentifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues.
  • Monitor quality assurance and change control processes.
  • Proactively communicate with sponsors, team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project.
  • Support to ensure compliance with all contractual commitments defined in contracts with vendors.
  • Manage/Coordinate Project process Documentations.
  • Collaborate with CFT's from all departments in the organization and delivery on set outcomes.


Required Skills

  • Good Reasoning & logicalabilities.
  • Interest or experience in conducting market research.
  • Good commutation skills with the ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams working across the company.
  • Processes excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good in communication & Presentation skills ( written & verbal ).
  • Should take initiatives with Proactive approach to resolve technical challenges.
