Position:Partner Success Manager Location:Remote Experience:3+ Years (preferably from Payments / FinTech industry) Employment Type:Full-TimeKey Responsibilities Manage and support theend-to-end onboarding processfor partner merchants. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Tech, Channel Partners) to ensure smooth activation of partner accounts. Provideadministrative and operational supportto the Channel Partner team. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, dashboards, and partner records. Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure SLAs are met. Support routine communications and updates with partner merchants. Assist in resolving partner queries and escalating issues where required. Contribute to partner engagement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and efficiency. Required Skills & Experience Around3 years of experience , ideally inpayments, fintech, banking, or merchant onboardingroles. Strongadministrative, coordination, and documentationskills. Good understanding of partner onboarding workflows or merchant lifecycle (preferred). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a remote environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
