Excellent communication and articulation skills. Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy in with excellent documentation skillsAware of entire Fusion landscape - all key modules and offerings and their solution fitment to various business process needsCan lead, own and deliver all Finance modules, design workable and even complex solutions for client needs, provide demo and get agreements and sign off'shighly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.Hands on approach, self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve while meeting deadlines in a pressure environmentHas complete project life cycle experience from assessment, requirement gathering, mapping, configuring, designing solutions, testing, training, CRP/UAT and cutover activitiesStrong understanding of Data migration strategy, processes and related challenges. Can guide customers and team in ensuring smooth and correct data migrationCandidate should have worked on designing several integration or custom solutions, writing detailed solution specifications and validations
