We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with a good understanding of front-end technologies. This role involves taking ownership of backend services, designing scalable APIs, and contributing to all stages of development, from solution design to deployment. The position is based in Bangalore, and candidates must be comfortable working from the office starting Day 1.


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.


- Develop and maintain scalable APIs to facilitate strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations.


- Focus on backend development while incorporating front-end elements to create a seamless user experience.


- Investigate and resolve production issues related to customer features, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.


- Collaborate in an environment where developers share ideas, improve systems, and implement user-friendly features.


- Lead and coordinate multiple complex projects, ensuring the highest quality standards in terms of reliability, efficiency, and usability.


- Build, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, Python, Node.js, React.js, and PHP.


- Utilize cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.


- Engage in CI/CD processes and automate testing using unit tests and API automation tools.


- Integrate various data stores, including SQL, NoSQL databases, and vector databases, with a strong

emphasis on MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.


- Implement and manage messaging queues, such as Kafka, and work with CRM systems like Genesys Engage.


- Maintain and improve automated build tools like Jenkins and Maven/Gradle, adhering to Agile development principles.


Skills and Qualifications Required :


- Engineering degree from premier institutes like IITs, NITs, or a Master's from BITS.


- 2+ years of experience in backend and full stack development.


- Strong command over programming languages like C#, Python (FastAPI), PHP, and JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React.js).


- Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.


- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD tools.


- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.


- Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka) and communication systems like Genesys Engage.


- Proven experience with REST API development and deployment.


- Experience with automation frameworks, unit testing, and API testing tools.


- Knowledge of Agile Development principles and practices.


- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and communication abilities.


- Ability to write high-performance, reusable code and uphold coding standards.


- Familiarity with vector databases, Redis, and developing/deploying chatbots is a plus.


Preferred Technical Expertise :


- Experience with cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes orchestration or OpenShift.


- Experience with additional tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Flink, ElasticSearch, and Kafka.


- Familiarity with various programming models and open standards.


- Capability to conceptualize new architecture designs and implement them effectively.
