Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 3-5+ years of experience in developing andmanaging robust web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both backendand frontend technologies, have experience in AI/LLM integrations, and possess strongcommunication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack Development○ Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python for backenddevelopment and MERN or MEAN stack for the frontend.○ Implement responsive, user-friendly frontends and secure, efficient backends.○ Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.○ Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across platforms.2. AI/LLM Integration○ Work on integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for various featureswithin the application.○ Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate ML models intothe application and optimize their performance.○ Continuously explore new AI/LLM advancements and recommend suitabletechnologies for application enhancement.3. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication○ Act as the point of contact between the development team and stakeholders,understanding requirements, translating them into technical specifications, andensuring expectations are met.○ Provide regular progress updates, address queries, and incorporate feedbackfrom stakeholders.4. Code Quality and Best Practices○ Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.○ Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce codingstandards.○ Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.5. Collaboration and Agile Development○ Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, andretrospectives.○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UIdesigners, and quality assurance, to deliver a cohesive product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.● 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong foundation in Pythonand MERN or MEAN stacks.● Proven experience in AI/LLM technologies and integrating ML models into webapplications.● Excellent communication skills with an ability to coordinate effectively with variousstakeholders.● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.● Strong understanding of databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL).● Experience with RESTful API design and development.● Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.● Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:
