Job Role:
- Serve customers by phone, email, online chat, and social network by providing product and service information.
- Represent the company professionally in all contacts with customers, following industry standards and internal quality criteria to increase customer satisfaction.
- Address customers in a friendly and respectful manner according to general principles of ethics.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Customer Interaction Skills:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Show excellent self-organization and discipline, attention to details.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Required language(s): Hindi and English, or Tamil and English.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule from 7 AM to 10 PM, including weekends and holidays, Night shifts also.
