Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India with Illusion Dental Laboratory, a leading dental laboratory with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality dental restorations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- - Junior: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
- - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- - Detail-oriented and organized
- - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our dental lab services
- - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- - Maintain accurate records of clients interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- - Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients satisfaction and retention
- - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
- - Provide regular feedback to the management team to improve customer experience
- - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
