Position Summary : Tax

Working Hours : 2 PM - 11 PM, Work from Office.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of Big 4 or equivalent Experience.

- An understanding of US accounting principles, IRS, and internal regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Masters preferred.

- Pursuing or completing Enrolled Agent (EA) /Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- Handling a team size of 4- 5 members in a previous firm.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging effectively. communicate with professionals within the organization and with the clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- An understanding of US accounting principles, IRS, and internal regulations of US GAAP

- Ability to multi-task tax engagements, track the status across all engagements, and drive their completion.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals within the organization and with clients.

- Analytical and diagnostic skills to be able to break down complex issues and implement appropriate skills and responsibilities at this level include but are not limited to:

- Review the work prepared by Associates/ Senior Associates and act as 1st Level reviewer.

- Preparation of complex US Income Tax Returns for Corporations, Partnerships, Individuals, Firms, and Trusts.

- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

- Ability to multi-task tax engagements, track the status across all engagements, and drive their completion.

- Ability to learn new tax technical topics and skills relevant to the client service.

- Analytical and diagnostic skills to be able to break down complex issues and implement appropriate resolutions.

- Use data and insights to communicate conclusions and support decision-making.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
