Responsibilities:

  • Prepares federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts; also prepares related income tax work papers
  • Identifies accounting and income tax issues and proposes strategies to resolve them
  • Responds and prepares correspondence to taxing authorities
  • Researches tax matters
  • Effectively communicates with all levels of the engagement team and client personnel (i.e., job status and budget) on a timely basis
  • Communicates status of work and issues with seniors, managers or partners on a timely basis
  • Ability to proficiently use the firm’s income tax preparation software requirements
  • Assumes responsibility for the completion of tax returns under the supervision of more experienced staff
  • Meet virtually over zoom with the customers and conduct tax interviews while creating a delightful experience for the customer
  • Conduct Monthly webinars and live q&a sessions on tax topics such as startup stocks, multiple investment taxes, and other tax topics.
  • Write monthly newsletter to the current customers. We send a monthly newsletter to our current customers on latest tax tips.
  • Actively publish content and participate in podcasts to educate on tax topics


Requirements :

  • Should be either current PTIN certified or EA or CPA with active license
  • Demonstrated knowledge in preparation of individual tax returns with form 1040, Schedules A, B, C, D, and E
  • Communication is top priority
  • Ability to conduct tax research and independently problem-solve tax issues.
  • The Position is not remote, must be able to come in person to our office in Hitech City Main Rd, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
