Your work profile

As Manager in our Cyber Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

The SIEM Architect is a client-facing role, and we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SIEM Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions for our organization or client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, systems architecture, and SIEM technologies, with the ability to assess complex security requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead the deployment and integration of SIEM platforms.

• 8-10 Years of experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in designing and implementing security solutions for large-scale enterprises.
• Certification's requirements: CISSP, CISM

Location and way of working

• Base location: Mumbai
• Professional is required to work from Office.

• The candidate should have a proven SIEM Architecture background, with experience in design security solutions aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement a cloud based SIEM architecture that meets the organization's security and compliance requirements.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
• Implement data ingestion pipelines for log collection from various sources, including servers, applications, network devices, and cloud platforms.
• Design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective SIEM architectures, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and integrate with existing security technologies.
• Develop architectures that integrate with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and security tools.
• Oversee the deployment of security systems and technologies and ensure compatibility and scalability of security measures with existing IT systems.
• Develop and document detailed technical specifications, integration strategies, and deployment plans for SIEM solutions.
• SIEM Engineering and Architecture skills, specifically in Cloud Based Platforms
• Understanding and Gathering Architectural requirements and specifications from Key Stakeholders
• Simplifying engineering complexity and automation features within the log farm
• Experience creating architectural roadmaps, reference architectures, reference patterns, strategies and position papers.
• Align with client needs, threat trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement/enhancement of their security operations center and infrastructure.
• Partner with the client to evaluate existing log & data domains, SIEM processes and tools and effectiveness measures to identify critical elements, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Work independently and in concert with others to architect solutions that have a measurable impact on security value, service management and client satisfaction.
• Creation of architecture diagrams, workflow models and proposals/presentations to key stakeholders who have a wind range of business, security and IT experience.
• Proficient at developing and creating reference architectures and models with proper documentation.
• Architect solutions to drive salability, efficiency and automation, which may include changes to people, process and technology.
