Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Developer with expertise in Oracle HRMS configuration and a strong development background in Java, Angular/React, SoA, Oracle DB, and SQL/PLSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the optimal performance of our Oracle HRMS system.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.


- Coordinate and manage development activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align technical solutions with business HRMS Configuration :


- Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules to meet business needs.


- Ensure configurations are optimized for performance and scalability.


- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and Design & Development :


- Design and develop applications using Java and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.


- Integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems using Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA).


- Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle DB and SQL/PLSQL.


- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.


Project Coordination :


- Act as a technical liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and IT management.


- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.


- Communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to Maintenance & Support :


- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HRMS and related systems.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.


- Implement enhancements and updates to improve system functionality and Improvement :


- Propose and implement improvements to processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


Experience :


- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Oracle HRMS configuration and development.


- Proven experience in Java development.


- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.


- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA).


- Expertise in Oracle DB, SQL, and PLSQL.


Technical Skills:


- Deep understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and their configuration.


- Strong coding skills in Java and front-end technologies.


- Proficient in SQL and PLSQL for database development and optimization.


- Experience with integration technologies and Skills :


- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.


- Excellent project management and coordination skills.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality Skills :


- Experience with Oracle Cloud HRMS.


- Certification in Oracle HRMS or relevant technologies.


- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.


- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
