The ideal candidate will have a strong background inAzure DevOps ,Ansible ,Bash scripting , and container orchestration usingDockerandKubernetes (including K3s/MicroK8s) . Key Responsibilities - Design and manage CI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOpsfor applications targeting edge devices and clusters. Develop and maintainAnsibleplaybooks for provisioning, configuration, and updates of edge infrastructure. Write and maintainBash scriptsto automate routine DevOps tasks and operational workflows. Containerize applications usingDockerand deploy them usingKubernetesdistributions optimized for edge (e.g.,K3s ,MicroK8s ). Ensure high availability, secure communication, and low-latency performance of services at the edge. Monitor and manage edge deployments using centralized logging, metrics, and alerting tools. Collaborate with developers to streamline release cycles and implement DevSecOps best practices. Troubleshoot issues in distributed systems and remote edge nodes with limited connectivity.Required Skills & Qualifications Overall, 5 - 8 years of experience of working on Edge Compute platforms with 4+ yearsin Azure DevOps. Strong experience withAzure DevOps(Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts). Proven hands-on skills in writingAnsibleplaybooks for configuration management. AdvancedBash scriptingabilities for automation and troubleshooting. Proficient inDockercontainerization andKubernetesorchestration (K8s, K3s, MicroK8s). Experience with deploying and managing workloads on edge devices or distributed environments. Solid understanding ofLinux systems , networking, and security practices. Familiarity with GitOps workflows and infrastructure as code (Terraform is a plus). Should have working experience in Edge Compute platform . Good to have AZ-400,AZ104,AZ900 and CKA certifications
