We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, streamline deployments, and ensure system reliability across our production and staging environments on AWS.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications built on Laravel, Python, and Java. - Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS (MySQL), MongoDB, Elasticache, and S3. - Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible. - Handle installation, configuration, upgrades, and backups for databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and services. - Set up and maintain monitoring/alerting systems (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). - Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance across environments. - Perform day-to-day DevOps operations including troubleshooting, incident response, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with development teams to support deployment strategies and improve developer productivity. - Drive best practices in disaster recovery, backup/restore, and environment management.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working with AWS environments (production & staging). - Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation. - Expertise in MySQL and MongoDB administration (backup, restore, performance tuning). - Familiarity with Laravel, Python, and Java application deployments. - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS). - Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks. - Solid understanding of networking, security, and access management in cloud environments.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Prior exposure to Elasticache/Redis performance tuning and scaling. - Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in AWS. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.Why Join Us- Be part of a fast-growing influencer marketing platform shaping the future of brand-creator collaboration. - Work on cutting-edge technologies across a modern cloud-native environment. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture with opportunities to innovate and lead.Company Culture:At Adfluencehub, our culture thrives on creativity, collaboration, and positivity.
