We are now looking for passionate, hands-on Tech Co-Founders with strong coding and product engineering expertise to join us in building this transformative journey.

Role: Tech Co-Founder – AI/ML Product Development

This is a senior full-stack developer & architect role, ideal for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to grow into a Co-Founder role in an AI-first startup. Preferably Bengaluru-based.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Deliver MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productisation
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
