About the Role:

- We're on the hunt for creative marketers who don't just follow trends but set them.

- As an AI-Driven Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools blending creativity, strategy, and storytelling to craft campaigns that resonate with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and digital-first parents.

- You'll design, test, and scale AI-powered marketing strategies that shape the future of engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and create campaigns using AI tools (copy, video, graphics, social hooks, storytelling).

- Plan and execute AI-first strategies (social media, reels, podcasts, surveys, landing pages, AI agents, etc.

- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, VEO3, MidJourney, Runway, Vocable, N8N, Canva, Notion AI, Zapier, Typeform AI, Descript, Make, Synthesia and more to automate, ideate, and deliver impactful campaigns.

- Design and deploy automated workflows/AI agents to drive marketing efficiency and extract insights.

- Develop and execute AI-based audience segmentation and engagement strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run growth experiments.

- Stay on top of AI marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

- Run AI-powered social media campaigns by analysing engagement patterns and insights.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-5 years of marketing experience with proven exposure to AI-driven tools & automation.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content, video, audio, design, and automation.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI marketing agents, surveys, and creative ideation workflows.

- Passionate about experimentation, innovation, and exploring new AI marketing trends.

- A growth mindset with the willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment.
