About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect with a strong background in Infrastructure Architecture and Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, designing comprehensive managed services solutions aligned with client business needs, and working closely with C-level executives to deliver transformative technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the creation and review of infrastructure and cloud-based solution proposals, presentations, and pitch documents tailored to customer RFx requirements.


- Collaborate with clients to understand their business and functional needs, co-create managed service solutions, and articulate transformation roadmaps.


- Identify key win themes, drive innovation agendas, and support the sales team with insightful, client-focused ideas.


- Develop detailed cost models and maintain customer pricing templates.


- Advise internal teams on IT technology standards, methodologies, and best practices.


- Validate program architecture in coordination with infrastructure, project management, and technology service teams.


- Manage resource loading and cost estimation for solution integration projects.


- Establish and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.


- Provide seamless Engagement Hand Over (EHO) to delivery teams post deal closure.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :


- Extensive presales or solution architect experience in infrastructure domains, including Data Centre, Public Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Unix, Windows, Storage, Databases, and Middleware.


- Strong hands-on knowledge in at least one core infrastructure area such as Linux/Unix, Windows, storage, or cloud administration.


- Proven expertise in Disaster Recovery, RPO/RTO, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) solutions.


- Solid understanding of End User Computing Services and Infrastructure Management Services.


- Familiarity with industry benchmarks for managed services, ITSM, DevOps processes, and ITIL/SLA frameworks.


- Experience with infrastructure services estimation and pricing models.


- Prior engagement with consulting firms such as ISG, Pace Harmon, or KPMG is a plus.


- In-depth knowledge of delivery models including Remote Services and Hybrid Services, with a clear grasp of service selling versus staff augmentation.


- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.


- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


- Multi-cloud architect experience with a track record of leading cloud migration engagements.


- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve complex design and costing challenges.

Education & Certifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and ITIL are advantageous.
