Radisys, now part of Reliance Industries Ltd., is a technology transformation company working on some of the most advanced telecommunication technologies like Edge-Cloud, Software Defined Access Technologies, 5G, IOT and so on. As part of its new chapter under Reliance, Radisys is on a mission to create world class networking products. This position is for one of such new product initiatives that is going to be developed out of Radisys’ Bangalore R&D center and deployed across large telecom operator networks across the world.

Education-BE/B.Tech/MCA[Above 70%]

Job Role

Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Defines infrastructure for design and integration of Platforms by analyzing information requirements; determining platform architecture, technology, and tools;
- Confirms architecture capability and flexibility to support high availability web and data platforms by developing analytical models; completing validation tests.
- Improves architecture by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.
- Extensive knowledge in kafka and nosql databases
- Extensive experience in software development and code optimization
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Java platforms
- Experience in a role involving research, development and/or user testing of the technology, including playing a key role in delivering a significant piece of R&D work in a relevant field
- Comprehensive knowledge of current standards and best practices in software engineering
- In-depth knowledge of databases (Mainly mySQL, Mongo, Cassandra is a plus)
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new tools and technologies with little documentation or support
- Knowledge in batch processing large volumes of transactional data
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to promote ideas by logical argument and capable of presenting the results of a project in a clear and effective manner
