About the Role :


We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Lead Developer with strong full stack capabilities to lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software Responsibilities :


Lead UI/UX Design & Development :

- Drive the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces using modern frameworks and design principles.

- Apply UX laws and best practices to create seamless and engaging user Stack Development :


- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

- Contribute to both frontend and backend development as & Collaboration :


- Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact & Optimization :


- Optimize UI performance across browsers and devices.

- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform Technical Skills Technologies :


- JavaScript

- React (Angular is a plus)

- Redux (for state management)

- MUI (Material UI), CSS, & Integration :


- REST APIs

- Exposure to full stack development Design Principles :


- Strong understanding of UX laws and usability heuristics

- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user to Have :


- GWT (Google Web Toolkit) Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

- Proven experience in leading UI/UX projects and delivering scalable web applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
