The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and hands-on experience with generative models (text, code, vision, or multimodal). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI solutions that drive business transformation.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models for enterprise use cases. Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning approaches for domain-specific tasks. Build scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into products and platforms. Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and optimize for training and inference. Evaluate model performance and optimize for latency, accuracy, and efficiency. Collaborate with product, data engineering, and DevOps teams to deploy AI solutions in production. Stay updated on the latest developments in GenAI, multimodal models, and MLOps practices. Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias detection, data privacy, and compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications Education:B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Experience:5–8 years in AI/ML development, with at least 2–3 years in NLP / LLM / GenAI. Strong knowledge ofPythonand frameworks likePyTorch / TensorFlow . Hands-on experience withtransformer models(GPT, LLaMA, BERT, etc.) andvector databases(FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Experience infine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines . Proficiency incloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity withMLOps pipelines(CI/CD, MLFlow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.Good to Have Experience withmultimodal models(text + image / audio). Familiarity withLangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face ecosystem . Knowledge ofreinforcement learning (RLHF) . Prior experience inrenewable energy, utilities, or industrial AIdomains.
