Job Description : Dell Boomi Project Manager

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dell Boomi Project Manager to lead and oversee our integration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Dell Boomi projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with deep expertise in Dell Boomi integration platform.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for Dell Boomi integration projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives and timelines.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for team members to enhance their Dell Boomi skills and capabilities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Dell Boomi integration projects.

- Deep understanding of Dell Boomi integration platform, including connectors, APIs, transformations, and workflow automation.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
