The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts, with a focus on secure, scalable, and efficient distributed ledger technologies.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.- Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) and integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality code standards.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize blockchain network performance.- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX teams.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 4 - 8 years of professional experience in blockchain development.- Strong experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, or others.- Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Chaincode).- Experience with DApp development, Web3.js, or other blockchain SDKs.- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, or Java.- Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technology.- Knowledge of database management systems and API integrations.- Experience with version control tools like Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Exposure to DeFi, NFT, or blockchain security best practices.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for blockchain deployment.- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.What We Offer :- Competitive salary package- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain projects.- Collaborative work environment with growth and learning opportunities.- Flexible and supportive work culture with a fast notice period (7 days).
