About Role:

We want a smart and quick-witted ACD (Copy) with experience of 5-9 Years, in a creative digital agency. You will create compelling and innovative narratives and campaign messaging across digital media (Instagram, Facebook), video, mobile, Outdoor hoardings, brochures and customer communication platforms (Whatsapp) that connect brands to target TG in collaboration with the creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Ideating and Strategizing - Come up with the core idea for campaigns and execution of the same with exceptional copies. Provide design input for ATL, BTL, digital, video, social and in-site branding
  • Lead visual storytelling across platforms—Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and whatever's trending next
  • Build visuals - for campaigns, reels, carousels, motion-first formats, and digital films. Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring scroll-stopping ideas to life.
  • Team Mentoring & Task Allocation - Hire and mentor team. Allocate tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.
  • Multitasking - Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Industry Trends - Bring an understanding of visual trends, memes, creator aesthetics, and social behaviors to the work.
  • New Client Acquisition - Lead concept presentations / pitches and help in acquiring new business.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with digital-first brands and building creatives across digital touchpoints (e.g., web, mobile, video, social).
  • Experience launching 360° campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • An extensive portfolio that shows range—grids, reels, carousels, thumb-stoppers, stories, and films
  • A sharp eye for design, composition, and visual pacing
  • Experience working on video—storyboarding, shot ideation, styling references, or working with production
