You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals, shape the future of data architecture, and contribute to the success of our clients in industries that are transforming rapidly.If you're ready to take your career to the next level, apply today to join our dynamic team and help us drive innovation in the world of Modern Data & AnalyticsMust-have Skills:- An ideal candidate should have a good academic background with at least a BS/B.E./B.Tech degree in computer science engineering with 12-16 years of overall work experience. - At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing Modern Data Platform solutions comprising Data Pipelines, Data Lake, Lakehouse/Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytics. - Strong experience in Fabric Onelake, Fabric Pipelines, Fabric Notebooks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, dbt, and other Azur based data eco-system services. - Proficiency in Analytics use case analysis, source system analysis, and data quality assessment. - Significant experience in working on large-scale data and analytics platforms, databases, storage, models, techniques, and technologies. - Experience with key Data Management principles including Data Governance, Data Cataloging, Data Security and Master Data Management - Familiarity with Modern Data Platform principles, including DataOps, Reliability, Performance Optimization, and security. - Proficiency in various Data & Analytics solution architectural styles and design principles. - Strong experience in conducting Discovery and Design workshops with key stakeholders comprising both Business and IT teams - Experience in co-ordinating/collaborating with on-shore and off-shore teams for solution delivery - Experience in Agile Process and Azure DevOps - Excellent communication and presentation skills.Nice-to-have Skills:- Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Azure Monitor and Profisee - Experience in PySpark and SparkSQL - Exposure to BI analytics using Power BI. - Functional understanding of data domains in P & C Insurance.Your Key Accountabilities:- Lead Discovery phase activities by preparing questionnaires, collaborating with client teams, and identifying key use cases, challenges and requirements. - Create solution architecture design for the modern data platform comprising Data Pipelines, Data Storage and Analytics components, considering scalability, security, reliability and business objectives - Align with stakeholders to ensure the designed solution meets business needs and technical specifications - Plan and demonstrate POC/end-to-end solution demos for identified use cases during Sprint/Release cycles. - Create delivery artifacts, including templates, methodologies, guidelines, and best practices required for solution delivery. - Provide Training & KT on Architecture, Methodology, Best Practices, and Frameworks/Tools to Project Team. - Provide mentorship and training to team members, supporting their quality and timely project deliverables. - Supervise and monitor the development and configuration of the data platform, ensuring alignment with the architectural design - Conduct reviews, health checks, and optimizations to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. - Ensure thorough testing of the platform components for its data integrity, performance, and security - Define deployment strategies, including UAT, production rollout, and rollback plans.What We Offer:- Career Advancement:Individual Career Development, coaching, and mentoring programs for professional and leadership skill development. - Comprehensive training and certification programs. - Performance Management:Goal setting, continuous feedback, and year-end appraisal.
