Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online communities, fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive user experience. Daily tasks include creating and implementing community strategies, organizing virtual events, responding to community inquiries, and collaborating with content creators.
Qualifications
- Community Management, Moderation, and User Engagement skills
- Experience in Organizing Events and Managing Virtual Sessions
- Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
- Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
- Excellent Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the tech or social media industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
