We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling software solutions across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, particularly in B2B software sales, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing a dynamic sales and marketing team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets.- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking.- Manage the entire sales cycle lead generation, hunting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and digital assets.- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies and ROI.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to exceed performance goals.- Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.- Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture.Reporting & Forecasting:- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.Key Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in B2B software sales within the IT industry.- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:- Experience in SaaS product sales (ERP, cybersecurity, AI tools).- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions.- Sound communication skills (verbal & written) (ref:iimjobs.com)
