Responsibilities:

Visa Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to client inquiries about visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for various countries. Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa categories and eligibility criteria. Sales Calling: Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our visa services. Identify client needs and recommend tailored visa solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and support. Application Processing: Assist clients in completing visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Liaise with embassies and consulates to submit applications and track their status. Keep clients informed about the progress of their visa applications, addressing any concerns or inquiries. Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, inquiries, and application progress in our CRM system. Generate reports on sales activities, application statuses, and client feedback. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient processing of visa applications and timely responses to clients. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on visa regulations and procedures for various countries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in visa application processing or sales in the travel industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of visa requirements and processes for different countries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
