The Role:

- As a Creative Strategist - Copy, you will be responsible for developing and executing exceptional copy for a diverse range of projects.

- You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, translate them into captivating stories, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- This role requires a strong blend of creative writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple -projects Collaborate with clients and internal teams (account managers, designers, video editors) to develop clear and concise creative briefs aligned with client objectives.

- Actively participate in client meetings to understand the problem statement by asking insightful questions.

- Own the entire pitch deck development process, from initial concept to execution, including research, strategy development, and copywriting.

- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including websites, social media posts, case studies, blogs, articles, and award applications.

- Develop segment-specific portfolios, credential decks, videos, and showreels to showcase the agency's expertise.

- Manage and update the agency website(s) with a focus on SEO and content marketing to enhance organic traffic and search engine visibility (with support from external resources).

- Create and implement a comprehensive content calendar for the agency's social media channels.

- Develop and oversee the agency's digital marketing strategy, including promotion of its ventures.

- Demonstrate a basic understanding of digital marketing Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in copywriting and content creation, preferably within a creative agency or corporate environment.

- Proven track record of crafting high-quality, engaging copy for diverse platforms.

- Strong understanding of brand storytelling principles and the ability to translate them into persuasive messaging.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

- Proficient in research methodologies and data analysis.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
