Position Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist will be pivotal in driving sales and growing our customer base. This role involves identifying potential clients, assessing their cybersecurity needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for cybersecurity. The main function of the job would be cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Present and explain Interceptica's cybersecurity services to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals and sales presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Cold Calling experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Additional certifications or training in sales or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity is a Plus
