As a key player, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead best practices in testing and architecture, and provide mentorship to junior and senior team members. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, over 7 years of backend software development experience, and proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, Python, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust, we want to hear from you

Job Description :

- Designing and developing complex high-quality backend software solutions for our AI team and Large Language models (LLMs)

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements

- Ensuring robustness and scalability by leading best practices for testing, architecture, and code quality

- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior and senior team members

Job Responsibilities :



- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field



- Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend software development



- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with customer-facing product

teams



- Experience leading or managing technical teams



- Strong proficiency in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Typescript, Python,

ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust



- Extensive experience with micro-service backend frameworks and technologies, as well as server less architectures



- Extensive experience with database systems and query optimization



- Experience working with LLMs and supporting LLM architectures at scale (nice to have)



- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills



- Start-up experience and a scrappy/flexible mind set
