Role Description

The faculty position is for a full-time role based in Kottayam, Kerala, at Saintgits Institute of Management. As a Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching, student development, conducting research, and actively contributing to the institute development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High quality academic delivery at the post graduate level.
  • Develop and update course materials and curricula.
  • Mentor and advise MBA students.
  • Conduct research and publish in reputed academic journals.
  • Undertake independent consultancy and training programmes
  • Participate in academic committees and contribute to the development of the MBA program.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or a related field is essential
  • A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is desired
  • Relevant industry experience is desired
  • Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
  • Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
