About the Role

The ideal candidate should possess a Graduate/Postgraduate degree and approximately 10-12 years of relevant experience in managing a shipping agency branch or container liner agency.

Key attributes include being result-oriented, mature, and possessing a pleasant disposition. Effective management of people and external agencies is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and control sales efforts to extensively cover the local market, identifying potential customers and creating challenges.
  • Lead a sales team and maintain relationships with Shippers/Intermediaries and leading corporates.
  • Optimize revenue, market share, and maximise liftings by organizing and controlling customer support processes, providing necessary feedback.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage overall port/ICD operations, coordinating with customs and rail operators.
  • Maintain/update and review customer records in ERP systems.
