Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations, international transactions, statutory filings, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QuickBooks and Tally ERP, along with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPFO, and ESI compliance. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting, general ledger, and reconciliations inTally ERPandQuickBooks . Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements. Manageinternational transactions ,bank documentation , andLC-related activities . Prepare and verifyshipping/export documentationand coordinate with banks for payments. Ensure timely filing ofGST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory returns . Supportinternal, statutory, and tax audits . Maintain proper document control throughSharePoint or digital folders . Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in reporting. Coordinate withinternational officesfor reconciliation and intercompany reporting. Qualifications & Skills Education: Master’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent). Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading firm with international exposure. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel. Proficient in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax compliance. Experience with banking, shipping, and export documentation. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
