Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies that - Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. - Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve optimal ROI. - Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting options to reach the most relevant and high-converting audience segments. - A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify the most effective strategies. - Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, to make data-driven decisions and adjustments. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports and communicate campaign performance and insights to the marketing team or clients. - Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms and algorithms. - Compliance: Ensure all paid social campaigns adhere to platform policies and legal regulations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. - Previous experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus. - Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for campaign optimization. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends and user behavior. - Proficiency in using advertising analytics and reporting tools. - Detail-oriented and highly organized.
