- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will analyze business structures, identify challenges, and propose technology-driven solutions to improve business processes.

- This role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders and a hands-on approach to implementing new systems and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business structures, technology usage, and organizational goals.

- Identify business problems using data modeling and analytical techniques.

- Engage with senior leaders to understand their objectives and expectations.

- Develop improvement strategies based on research and business needs.

- Influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders regarding new technology or business strategies.

- Oversee the rollout of new technology, systems, and processes.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate change management.

- Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases for applications and multi-application environments.

- Establish direct communication channels with software and application developers to streamline issue resolution.

- Analyze business trends through data and prepare detailed reports for development teams, following up on outcomes.

- Implement project management plans and conduct regular stakeholder meetings to track progress.

- Gather and document user requirements for business processes, ensuring alignment in future projects.

- Utilize tools such as Jira for project tracking and management.
