Roles and Responsibilities Include:


  • Ability to conceptualize, define, and manage multiple concurrent projects from end-to-end in collaboration with the technology and business teams.
  • Understanding of Marketing function, Marketing Automation platforms, MIS, Data Visualization tools etc.
  • Should have handled performance marketing, CPC/PPC campaigns, Organic/SEO, Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Support Growth Marketing by identifying unorthodox lead sources, improving SQLs
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical teams and vice-a-versa
  • Ensure progress of multiple projects against schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.
  • Document, communicate, and track the project plan and associated risks and dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring its overall success.
  • Influence projects to address any deficiencies highlighted by the key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assess impact of scope changes and propose mitigation plans.
  • Manage and drive change where needed to core operational processes, dynamically reacting to evolving client needs and competing priorities.
  • Facilitate complex discussions. Effectively communicate objectives and updates to all key stakeholders.
  • Should be able to manage a team comprising of Performance, SEO, CRM and Tech leads.



Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a MBA.
  • Minimum of 10-12+ years of experience in delivering complex strategic projects across cross-functional teams using hybrid project management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management across the organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and identify solution options
