  • Convert user stories into detailed requirements for SAP MM and SAP WM modules.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Keep senior stakeholders updated on IT digital initiatives and automation projects.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in repetitive manufacturing systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in SCM, Logistics, Sales, Projects, Production, Maintenance, Power Plant, and Mining processes.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollouts, and merger & acquisition activities.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure IT governance and control.


Qualifications and Skills :-

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in the cement industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convert user stories into detailed requirements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building positive relationships.
  • Knowledge of SCM, Logistics, Sales, Projects, Production, Maintenance, Power Plant, and Mining processes.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation, rollouts, and merger & acquisition activities.
