Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling within the SAP environment, and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP FICO solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet Internal needs.
  • Provide expertise in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Support the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionalities.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and CO.
  • Clear idea of Cost object, WBS, Cost center, Balance sheet, Ledger, Hana specific report, Profit center reporting, I.O. & its reporting, Budgeting & I.O., P.S. F.M. etc., Stock records.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • SAP certification in FICO is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
