Job Description As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for Order Management ( Procure to Pay flow), Vendor management ( Evaluation, Onboarding, Vendor Development) and Vendor Operations (Performance control and Escalation Management) processes for Projects allotted to your cohort.Roles & Responsibilities Preparation & floating of package wise tender for interiors work (C&I & Services packages), understanding the terms & conditions of the contract, BOQ specification and basic rate, payment terms & conditions, contract terms & conditions. Understanding scope & specification of Non tender items, involvement in validation with rate analysis, supporting quotation and invoices. Ensuring Orders are awarded within TAT, Track and ensure timely deliveries of product and services. Escalation management arising out of Vendor performance with objective of project delivery on time and quality. Visit multiple vendors locations, sites, factories to understand the process and systems followed in quality, production and delivery Manage / build relationships with existing vendors and also the prospective vendors who are identified for the particular engagement. Ensure updation of project trackers & summaries. Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and own implementation end-to-end. Work with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, new initiatives
