About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
